
Born in 1969 in Gorlovka, Donetsk region. Father was a military man and an active member of the Communist Party. Mother was a math teacher.
In 1991 she married Victor Munko. Graduated from Kherson Industrial Institute in 1992. Ludmila became a believer in the fall of 1994 and joined a Baptist church in Dubrovitsa in Rovno region. She worked as an accountant in a local policlinic, had a small business. Together with her husband and a church team she participated in evangelistic events and planting of new churches in the villages of the region.
In 2006 she graduated from Ukrainian Institute of Family where she studied Biblical Counselling. She was invited to teach at the Institute. By that time the family had moved to Kiev. Ludmila was helping her husband in his pastoral ministry. She has been a cofounder of ICI “Coram Deo” since 2008.
She and her husband have four children and live in Irpen. Today Ludmila helps her husband plant a new church in their town, does counselling, teaches, and works as a curator of ICI students.
